No. D' FLORENX AFRICA is not the seller, manufacturer, supplier, or direct service provider. Customers deal directly with the Partner Business.

No. Customer payments for products or services are made directly between the customer and the Partner Business.

We conduct reasonable verification before accepting Partner Businesses. However, verification does not guarantee a business, product, service, transaction, delivery, warranty, refund, or future conduct.

Yes. Businesses and service providers without a traditional storefront may apply. Additional verification may be required.

Yes. Customers may choose a Partner Business in another state, although customers are encouraged to consider businesses that are convenient for inspection or communication where practical.

Before connecting a customer with a Partner Business, D' FLORENX AFRICA will contact the Partner Business to notify them of the referral. We will then connect both parties by sharing the necessary contact details and facilitate the referral. The applicable referral commission will also be mutually agreed upon with the Partner Business before the referral is completed.

No. Affiliate Partners must not collect customer payments, deposits, balances, or other transaction funds.

Contact D' FLORENX AFRICA through our official contact channels and provide the relevant details of your experience.

Each Affiliate Partner will have a unique Referral Code. Customers will be asked to provide the Referral Code of the person who introduced them to D' FLORENX AFRICA. The code identifies the Affiliate Partner responsible for the referral and allows us to properly record and track the referral.

Yes. D' FLORENX AFRICA may suspend or terminate a Partner Business in accordance with these Terms of Service.

D' FLORENX AFRICA may suspend, restrict, or terminate a Partner Business where there is evidence of:

• Fraud or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Serious customer complaints.
• Misrepresentation.
• Failure to provide agreed products or services.
• Repeated failure to meet reasonable customer expectations.
• Failure to comply with the Terms of Service.
• Conduct that may harm customers, Partner Businesses, Affiliate Partners, or the reputation of D' FLORENX AFRICA.

The agreed referral commission becomes payable when a referred customer makes a payment and the transaction is confirmed as a successful sale or commenced service.

An Affiliate Partner receives their commission after the referred customer's payment has been confirmed and the transaction qualifies as a successful referral, provided the referral was made through their unique Referral Code and the applicable referral commission has been received by D' FLORENX AFRICA.
