Terms of Service

  1. D' FLORENX Africa is a business referral platform that connects customers with partner businesses through a network of Affiliate Partners.
  2. D' FLORENX Africa connects businesses, Affiliate Partners, and customers. We do not manufacture or own the products or services offered by partner businesses. While we strive to partner with reputable businesses, each business is solely responsible for the quality, pricing, delivery, warranties, and performance of its products and services.
  3. D' FLORENX Africa does not receive, hold, or process customer payments for products or services. All payments, deposits, and balances for purchases are made directly between the customer and the partner business.
  4. Affiliate Partners may only promote products and services listed on the platform and must represent them honestly. Misleading or false claims are prohibited.
  5. Affiliate Partners are independent promoters who assist D' FLORENX Africa by creating awareness of the platform and referring potential customers to D' FLORENX Africa. Affiliate Partners do not sell, supply, or provide products or services on behalf of D' FLORENX Africa or any Partner Business. Their primary responsibility is to promote D' FLORENX Africa and introduce potential customers who may be interested in products or services available through the platform.
  6. Commissions are paid only for successful referrals that meet the agreed terms and can be verified by D' FLORENX AFRICA.
  7. All customer referrals shall be processed through D' FLORENX Africa. Affiliate Partners and partner businesses shall not bypass the platform or interfere with its referral and commission process. Any partner business or Affiliate Partner found doing so will be disqualified and their appointment with D' FLORENX Africa will be terminated.
  8. Partner businesses shall pay the agreed commission to D' FLORENX Africa's official bank account within 24 hours after receiving the customer's payment, in accordance with the commission agreement for that referral.
  9. The minimum referral commission payable by a Partner Business to D' FLORENX Africa for a successful qualifying referral is ₦10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira). The actual referral commission for an individual referral may be higher than ₦10,000 and shall be mutually agreed between D' FLORENX Africa and the Partner Business before the referral is completed.
  10. Any partner business that pays commission to any account other than D' FLORENX Africa's official account shall pay the commission again to D' FLORENX Africa. Direct payments to any other Bank account will not be recognized as valid commission payments.
  11. Videos, images, and other materials provided through the Business Partner Clients' Gallery are for promotional purposes only. Unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, or misuse is prohibited.
  12. Where applicable, a Partner Business may be required to provide short videos showing the process of carrying out a service or the completed work following a D' FLORENX Africa referral. Such videos may be used by D' FLORENX Africa for promotional, educational, and social-media purposes, subject to the necessary consent and privacy requirements. Partner Businesses should ensure that any customer appearing in such videos has given appropriate permission before the video is submitted to D' FLORENX Africa.
  13. Partner businesses shall provide accurate information regarding their products, services, prices, and availability. Misleading or false information is strictly prohibited.
  14. Any partner business that refuses to pay commission on a verified referral from an Affiliate Partner may have its videos and listings removed from D' FLORENX Africa.
  15. Partner businesses shall pay the agreed commission to D' FLORENX Africa's official bank account within 24 hours of receiving the customer's first payment.
  16. Customers are encouraged to verify the identity, business details, products, or services of partner businesses before making any payment or entering into an agreement. Where applicable, customers should inspect the products or meet with the service provider to make an informed decision before proceeding.
  17. D' FLORENX AFRICA may require a Partner Business to participate in a video call, such as a WhatsApp video call, before a referral is made. This may be used to confirm the business, its representative, premises where applicable, or other relevant details.
  18. D' FLORENX Africa reserves the right to suspend or remove any business or Affiliate Partner who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
  19. We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.
